- This is an opportunity for Kenyans to engage with the health system and express their appreciation to hospitals that meet their needs.
- The three categories will rely on the general public opinion and the judges will NOT be involved.
- The public will nominate their hospital of choice in Kenya.
- The hospitals with the highest number of nominations will be shortlisted.
- This will be followed by people oriented voting to determine the winners.
- The winners will be announced on the award night.
