- You download the entry form and fill in the details.
- Follow the entry guidelines to prepare your entry document.
- Attach any supporting documents if necessary.
- Submit your entry.
2. Can I nominate someone for the individual categories?
Yes, ensure you follow the above process to submit your entry.
3. Can I nominate the health facility/organization where I work?
Yes, ensure you follow the above process to submit your entry.
4. If I send more entries do I increase the chances of winning in that category?
No, Kindly submit only one entry per category.
5. Can I submit entries for more than one category?
Entrants can submit entries in more than one award category but NOT MORE than TWO entries for the same project, campaign, programme, publication or activity . Where an entrant has more than one eligible project, campaign, programme, publication or activity they can only submit entries for NOT MORE than THREE different projects, campaigns, programmes, publications or activitivities.
